This tool helps us convert your email address to a unique number that Facebook uses to match to unique numbers Facebook generates from email addresses of its users. If you consent to receive promotional and marketing material from us, your email address will go to Mailchimp. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our email marketing.
Contact us forms – besides your email, we may collect additional data such as your name, company, industry of your company, size of your company and your phone number.

We shall use your information registered for the promotional offer solely for the purpose of the promotional information and for sending additional marketing materials which we believe represent an interest to you. You can contact us to delete your details if you decide to withdraw from the promotional campaign.

After this period we will contact you to ask your permission to continue using your information.
We will use the information you have provided to assess your experience and skills, and to contact you in case we believe you are a good candidate for our projects. While we do not share your personal information with our clients, we will share key information about your experience including your overall experience, the number of years you used a particular technology or a brief of your skills. We share this information with our clients or affiliates of our clients to qualify your application.

How long do we keep this data for?
We keep personal data for promotions and marketing for 2 year and personal data for job applications for 5 years. After this period we will contact you to ask your consent to continue using your information.
How can we make sure your data is secured?
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions to seek to ensure that it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
In the case of an improbable data breach, you will be notified within 72 hours since we have been aware of the breach
Under the Data Protection Act 190/2018 (Romania), you have rights as an individual which you can exercise in relation to the information we hold about you.
